Open Public auction for the disposal of under mentioned material on ?AS IS? ?WHERE IS? basis will be held on the date, timing and location as given below:- Auction No. Time & Date Description of Material/Lots LOCATION OF STORE 01/2024 11:30AM 27.05.2024 Lot-I: Empty Conductor Reels of ACSR Drake Conductor (Broken/Scrap Rings) 170 Nos. Temporary site stores of M/s MREC at Dist :Wazirabad. Lot-II: Empty Conductor Reels of ACSR Drake Conductor (Broken/Scrap Rings) 160 Nos. Lot-III: a) Empty Conductor Reels of ACSR Drake Conductor (Broken/Scrap Rings) 170 Nos. b). Empty Reels of OPGW (Broken/Scrap Rings) 16 Nos. c). Empty wooden Reels of EHS Shieldwire (Broken/Scrap Rings) 21 Nos. Terms & Conditions: 1. The said auction will be carried out at Temporary site store of M/s MREC near Head Khankie Barrage, Wazirabad. 2. For the said auction, every auctioneer intending to participate in the auction proceedings will have to deposit a lumpsum refundable security of Rs. 2,500,000/-(Rupees Two Million Five Hundred Thousand only) in the form of CDR in favour of Executive Engineer (EHV-1) NTDC Rawalpindi before the start of auction process which will be adjusted in as the earnest money in case of successful auctioneer and returned to the unsuccessful auctioneers on the same day except the auctioneers placed at 2nd and 3rd number in the auction process. The CDRs of the 2nd and 3rd number auctioneer will be retained until deposit of balance amount by the successful auctioneer. 3. Balance amount will be deposited within two (02) weeks from the date of acceptance of the bid accordingly. 4. For said auction, in case of failure of deposit of all the balance amount along with all applicable taxes within due date by the successful auctioneer, the sale of store material in the name of successful auctioneer will stand cancelled and deposited earnest money shall be forfeited. In this case, the sale of store material will be offered to the next highest bidder as per procedure/rules. 5. All sale shall be made to the bidder offering the highest price subject to the approval of competent authority. 6. All the rights to cancel/alter the schedule of auction are reserved. 7. General Sales Tax and any other taxes including income tax will be applicable as per prevailing Government Policy. 8. Material can be seen on any working day before the auction during the office hours. at Temporary site store of M/s MREC near Head Khankie Barrage, Wazirabad.
